We currently offer two programs for athletes: our group program referred to as Roots and our Level program.

Athletes who participate in the Roots program, are not required to have an assessment performed ($150 savings), attend classes on a fixed schedule and receive our proprietary programming and high velocity training as a group.  In the event there is a need for modified movement, our coaches are trained and able to modify the group training for each participant.  Our Roots program is recommended for novice athletes who have not had much experience in an athlete training setting.

In our level program, we offer single visits & contract passes with a training frequency of 1 to 4 weekly visits. Athletes who participate in the level program are required to have an assessment and evaluation prior to the start of training.

Our evaluation allows us to develop rapport with new athletes and their family, gather baseline athletic key performance indicators to collect data and establish athletic attributes and starting training level for our classes. The assessment is also how we gather the information required to develop a personalized program for our athletes. Within each training level, athletes will receive programming in which they work within a training phase that goes over specific training criteria to promote to the next training level.

We currently have 5 training phases and it takes about 3-4 months to complete each training phase. Leveled athletes with active memberships are re-tested at the end of each quarter. The results of the re-testing allow us to track each athletes progress and determine if they are ready to level up!  If your athlete does not have an active membership, we offer athletic performance testing and one on one appointments.
