We are redefining what it means to be an athlete!

We specialize in developing athleticism and all the biomotor abilities that it encompasses for individuals and teams looking to perform at the highest level. We are an athletic training facility that works in collaboration with medical professionals to provide examination, treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of emergent, acute or chronic injuries.

For decades athletes have been taught to move like robots, very strict and rigid.  The truth is, athletic movement is fluid and graceful, not tense and rigid.  By allowing our athletes to explore their true movement patterns, they experience their full potential.  We accentuate individuality to enhance an athlete's performance!

All athletes that train at Aiga will get an initial assessment where the needs of the athlete are determined. We determine movement efficiency and strength deficits to map out their training program, and to address immediate needs progressing from foundational to sport-specific. No two athletes are alike; therefore, no two programs should be alike. Every athlete has unique anthropometrics and attributes.

Our programs establish strengths and weaknesses to improve overall athleticism.

REGENERATIOn AND NUTRITIONAL NEEDS

We monitor and administer recovery, hydration, and nutritional strategies to improve athletic performance of each athlete by using the latest technologies. Every athlete is given a specifc protocol on a monthly basis to track workloads and nutrient intervention regimens.

LATE STAGE REHABILITATION & RETURN TO SPORT PROGRAMS

With extensive experience in working with both amateur and professional athletes with pre-existing or recent injuries, we incorporate rehabilitation and pre-habilitation protocols within their program. We know how to collaborate with medical professionals and sports coaches to create the most comprehensive model for athletes in our care.
