Service Description

Participants will learn 1-foot and 2-foot jumping from multiple angles and positions. This course will develop rhythm and coordination needed to be an explosive player for ALL court sports specific to volleyball and baseball. Or if you need pure power to attack and retreat during gameplay!

Cancellation Policy

“No show” and “late cancel” visits are defined as classes cancelled by member/parent/guardian less than 2 hours prior to the start of class. “No show and/or “late cancel” visits will incur a nominal fee of $5 per occurrence.
