Level 2 athletes will focus on intensifying their work load to build on the strength-speed continuum, while building on key patterns needed to move to next level.

Cancellation Policy
“No show” and “late cancel” visits are defined as classes cancelled by member/parent/guardian less than 2 hours prior to the start of class. “No show and/or “late cancel” visits will incur a nominal fee of $5 per occurrence.
